BJP leader Tejinder Bagga

The Punjab government of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has registered a case against Delhi BJP leader Tejinder Bagga in Punjab. Bagga is accused of making controversial tweets against Kejriwal. This case is registered in Mohali Cyber Crime Cell on the statement of AAP spokesperson Sunny Ahluwalia. This case has been registered against Bagga along with other BJP leaders under sections 153A, 505, 505(2) and 506 of IPC. After this the police also went to Delhi in search of him. Although Bagga was in Lucknow at that time. Now the police have issued him a notice to appear. At the same time, no officer of Punjab Police is ready to say anything in this regard.

This allegation on Bagga
Complainant Sunny Ahluwalia accused Tejinder Bagga of threatening to kill Kejriwal. A controversial tweet by Bagga has been cited in this regard. Which was done by Bagga after Kejriwal’s statement on Kashmir Files movie in Delhi Assembly. The complainant alleges that Bagga tweeted one after the other in a threatening tone.

Bagga gave information, Punjab Police came to my house
BJP leader Bagga also informed that Punjab Police had come to his house. However, they do not know yet what case has been registered against them. The Punjab Police did not even inform the Delhi Police about this. Bagga claimed that he is not in Delhi at the moment but in Lucknow. His family members said that the police did not come inside their house, but returned from there after questioning them around.

Case registered against Preeti Gandhi
Earlier, in the State Cyber Crime Police Station, the police has also registered a case against Preeti Gandhi, a member of the National Executive of BJP’s Mahila Morcha. He is accused of hurting religious sentiments by posting on his social media account. AAP’s Mohali secretary Prabhjot Kaur has alleged that Preeti Gandhi has hurt the sentiments of Maharaja Ranjit Singh by posting false information related to him. His tweet related to taking down the photo of Maharaja Ranjit Singh is wrong. There is no truth in that because that photo was from another room.

Question on you but case can be filed anywhere
Now questions are being raised on the Aam Aadmi Party regarding this issue. The comment was made about the same case in Delhi but AAP has registered a case in Punjab. It is being discussed that the police in Delhi is not under the AAP government. That’s why AAP is fighting the battle there with Punjab. However, legal experts say that it was a social media post, which went viral everywhere, so a case can be registered in this regard anywhere.
