Kanpur: District administration on Monday lodged a First Information Report (FIR) against the mid-day meal supplier Chhattisgarh Samajik Sewa Sansthan for supplying substandard meal to Higher Primary School Tatia Bhagwant in Kanpur Nagar.
DM Kanpur Nagar Vidhakh G has directed assistant basic shiksha adhikari and the principals of the schools not to make any compromise on the quality of the mid-day meal.
All agencies supplying mid-day meal should ensure that the meal must be of standard and good quality else action would be taken against them.
