Speculations of Harsh leaving the show intensified after a new actor Gautam Singh Vig was introduced in the show to play the lead role alongside Sneha Jain.
After rumors that Harsh Nagar is leaving Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2, the actor confirmed that he is returning to the show after a pause. Speculations of Harsh leaving the show intensified after a new actor Gautam Singh Vig was introduced in the show to play the lead role alongside Sneha Jain. The makers had also introduced a new track which focused on Sneha and Gautham. However, when ETimes spoke to Harsh about the same, he said, “It is true that I took a break from the show as the makers had roped in another actor. But now after a month, they want me to come back and I am looking forward to it. I don’t want to go into details as to why I took a month’s break and the reason behind my return.”
He further told the publication that earlier also, the lead actors had disappeared to come back after a while. He said, “I enjoy playing the character of Anant and now I am used to playing this character.”
The actor also spoke about his break and how he spent that time. He told that he was in Ahmedabad and also met his family in Delhi and spent quality time with his wife.
“It was a good month to complete all my pending work at home and take rest. I love to travel and just chill at home. I enjoy doing TV and I am used to working long hours,” he concluded.
Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2, the sequel to the popular television show Saath Nibhana Saathiya, premiered on 19 October 2020. It includes Sneha Jain, Harsh Nagar and Gautam Vig.
The cast of the original show included Jia Manek, who was later replaced by Devoleena Bhattacharya, Rucha Hasbanis, Rucha Hasbanis and Vishal Singh.
