New Delhi: Radhika Gupta, MD & CEO, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, recently shared her baby’s picture on Twitter and captioned how he solved the problem with a little patience and problem solving attitude. She was referring to her problem of being a mother and CEO at the same time and working from home while having a child. Her post has gone viral and garnered mixed reactions from netizens.

Radhika Gupta and her husband are both working parents. When she could not find any help to take care of her child one day, she appeared to be making a colorful mat with some toys next to her work table. While working like this, she took care of her child.

“On a day when both parents have to work, and there’s no help, guess who comes to work? It’s often asked how you’re going to juggle the life of a mom and CEO.
