Ahead of this Father’s Day, News18.com spoke to some doctors who work day and night at every opportunity, and got an idea of how they plan to spend time with their kids.
Dr Pradeep Jain – Director and HOD – GI & GI Oncology, Fortis Hospital, shared, “During the pandemic, I spent most of my time in the hospital, taking care of my patients amid the challenges brought on by COVID-19. My The family was strict about the precautions to be taken at home and at work, and we did not attend any family functions or events. However, Father’s Day was wonderful, allowing us to relax as a family and have each other’s company at home Got a chance to spend some much-needed time enjoying myself.”
He added, “We will bake a cake, make a fancy dinner, watch a movie and talk for hours at night. This year, I am glad that the situation is better. There is no lockdown, and while we still take precautions, we already have several family events. For Father’s Day this year, we’re still planning a quiet evening, with the only difference being that my sons take us out to dinner. But when we get back home, I still plan to catch a movie at home – just the 4 of us, and chat until late at night. I think we’ll make this precious family time a Father’s Day tradition.
