In Rampura Phool of Punjab, a father became a predator. He brutally beat an 8-year-old girl. He suffocated her throat. When the intoxicated father was doing this act, the girl child Manpreet Kaur was screaming loudly. The father was identified after its video went viral. After which the police arrested him after registering a case under the Juvenile Act. The accused said that he used to fight with his wife because of his daughter, because of which he beat her up. He had adopted daughter Manpreet Kaur.

Rajwinder Kaur, wife of accused father Nirmal Singh, said that two months ago the husband threw her out of the house. Daughter Manpreet remained there. When he saw the video, he complained to the police. He alleged that Nirmal has kept another woman in the house. He has adopted this daughter from village Dina Kangar. While taking him out of the house, he was not allowed to take the daughter with him. Rajwinder said that he wanted to kill the daughter.
The accused was trying to escape after the video went viral
In this case, the Sahara Club of Rampura identified the accused after the video went viral. After which when he reached the house of accused Nirmal, he had packed the goods. It was then learned that he was in the process of absconding after the video went viral. However, his wife got the case registered. Because of which the police arrested him.
daughter handed over to mother
SHO Darshan Singh of Police Station Rampura said that the accused first beat up the wife. Then beat up the daughter. The way he is beating, the child could have died. A case has been registered against the accused on the statement of the mother. The child has now been handed over to the mother.
