Thousands of farmers are sitting on a dharna outside the mini secretariat in Karnal district of Haryana and the farmers started the day on Wednesday with the slogan Jai Kisan. Every day 5000 people reach the offices built in the mini secretariat. But there is an appeal that if it is not necessary for the working of the Secretariat, then do not come today.

Now discussion is going on somewhere on tea and somewhere on hookah. At the same time, a large group is raising slogans like Jai Kisan, Bharatiya Kian Union Zindabad and anti-farmer. Paramilitary forces as well as police contingents are stationed at the gate, standing only to prevent farmers from entering.
Internet service stopped in Karnal, rest restored
It has been announced by the state government to keep internet service closed in Karnal on 8th September as well. While the internet service of all other districts has been restored. In view of the farmers’ agitation of September 7, internet service was banned in Karnal as well as in Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Panipat and Jind districts.
