The Haryana government on Monday announced alternate routes to prevent major traffic blockades on Ambala-Delhi National Highway 44 in view of a large number of farmers’ gathering in Karnal for the mahapanchayat on Tuesday.
The protesting farmers are demanding action against the IAS officer who ordered police action on August 28 and the policemen involved in lathi-charge on the protesting farmers.
