These mocktails are not only super easy to make, but if you have any guests coming over, note that these drinks are sure to impress them

Summer is about to come and as much as we keep saying we don’t want to indulge in good fizzy mocktails, we really need them. However, going to a restaurant and buying a soothing drink can be a costly affair and is kind of not optimal.

What we need at this point of time are some good mocktail recipes which can be made in no time at home and the ingredients should not be difficult to procure. Well, you have nothing to worry about because we’ve got your back on this one-

Orange Kaffir Lime Cooler

Component-

  1. orange juice – 100 ml
  2. Kaffir lime – 4 leaves
  3. Mint – 10 leaves
  4. Orange peel – 5 grams
  5. Lemon cut – 5 grams
  6. Ice cubes – 6 cubes
  7. soda – 200 ml
  8. sugar syrup – 15 ml

Prep time – 10 min

Method-

  • Cut a kaffir lime in half and add some orange zest to a glass
  • Add chopped lemon and mint leaves to it.
  • Next, add ice as per your requirement and then pour orange juice over the ice.
  • The next step is to add sugar syrup and soda to the concoction.
  • Don’t forget to shake it well and garnish the mocktail with a slice of orange to give the finishing touch

Kahwa Kesar Iced Tea

Component:-

  1. Coffee mix – 40 grams.
  2. Water – 400 ml
  3. honey – 40 ml
  4. Saffron – 1 pinch
  5. Ice cubes – 5-6 pieces

preparation time

Kahwa water mix – 6-8 hours

Drink preparation time – 10 minutes

Method-

  • Put the coffee mixture in lukewarm water and keep it overnight.
  • The next morning, filter the mixture that you soaked in water.
  • Don’t forget to keep coffee flavored water in the chiller.
  • Next, add some honey, saffron and add a good amount of ice cubes to the coffee water and mix well.
  • Add ice cubes to an empty glass and pour this mixture over the ice cubes.
  • Garnish with some saffron.
  • Serve chilled.
