It was learned from the three arrested accused Russian Karkulla, Prasad and Mohammad Yusuf that the master mind of the interstate racket is Rajan Tiwari resident of Siwan Bihar. Which has not yet come to the hands of the police. He used to bring the note and give it to them. Fake notes of Rs 1 lakh were available for 40 thousand rupees.
