Though its apps and services are on the mark, at times we might encounter glitches. Usually, restarting the phone or updating the software fixes the bug, but there may be instances where you would want to raise concerns with the company.

And you might not know about it, but there is a way, after which you can reach out to Google Support and get your issues resolved. follow these steps:
step 1: Open Chrome web browser and enter – ‘support.google.com’
step 2: On the page, all of Google’s apps and services will be visible. Click on the app or service you want to contact customer support for. There will be a ‘down-facing’ arrow, click on it to expand the list of options.
step 3: Once you click on any app or service, a new web page will open with several questions. Look for the question you have and click on it to find the answer. However, if the pre-written questions don’t cover your problem, scroll down and click on ‘Need More Help’. From the drop-down, tap ‘Contact Us’.
step 4: Now you will be asked some specific details of your problem like you have to mention ‘specific area for which you need support’, now enter your question in the box below, and hit on ‘Next’ option.
Step 5: From the pre-set questions, choose the one that best describes your problem.
Step 6: Now click on Chat or Email button to send query to Google.
Users should note that the option to chat is available throughout the week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
