To woo investment and make Uttar Pradesh a trillion dollar economy, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, after completing a roadshow abroad to invite foreign investors to the Global Investors Summit (GIS 2023), is now inviting domestic investors to invest. Have decided to focus on markets. and to acquaint them with the opportunities available in various sectors in the state.
CM Yogi’s domestic roadshow began on Thursday (January 5) from Mumbai, meeting leading industrialists and bankers as well as prominent film personalities of the country in the context of the upcoming Film City in Noida. Yogi’s road show will be held in nine cities India To create potential investment opportunities and conducive business environment in Uttar Pradesh.
Yogi Adityanath met the Governor of Maharashtra
Before meeting top businessmen and bankers, the CM met Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at the Raj Bhavan in Mumbai. Yogi Adityanath also visited the 19th century underground British-era bunker museum at Raj Bhavan and inspected the ‘Kranti Gatha’, a gallery of revolutionaries built inside the bunker.
The museum was inaugurated by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi In June last year. The Chief Minister of UP paid tribute to the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Expected to meet top businessmen, bankers
After meeting Koshyari, CM Yogi can meet officials of various banks at Hotel Taj itself. After this, the Chief Minister will participate in the GIS road show from 12 noon to 2 pm.
In this two-hour roadshow, representatives of various industry groups will be encouraged to invest in Uttar Pradesh. They will be informed about Ease of Doing occupation and ease of starting a business in Uttar Pradesh.

A statement from the UP CM’s office said the meeting, held at a city hotel, lasted for 35 minutes. Kumar urged Adityanath to watch his latest film “Ram Setu” and said the Hindi film industry was anxiously waiting (to open) Film City, which is being developed by the Uttar Pradesh government as it would provide a new option, said in the statement.
The Chief Minister said that films play an important role in creating social awareness and promoting social and national causes.

The roadshow in nine Indian cities is a continuation of the same exercise.
According to the program of CM Yogi, one-to-one meetings will also be held with various industrialists before and after the road show. This meeting will be on the basis of Business to Government (B2G). A total of 17 B2G meetings are scheduled as per the programme.
