Exclusive: WFI Chief Brij Bhushan Says Ready To Quit If Wrestlers Call Off Protests

New Delhi: Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on Friday said he is ready to tender his resignation if the wrestlers give an assurance to end the protests. Speaking in an exclusive interview to Zee News, the WFI president said, “I have full faith in the judiciary. I will work with the Delhi Police on the case that will be filed against me. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for Delhi Police, told a bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice PS Narasimha that the FIR would be registered today.
