Evening snack? Well, why not try this scrumptious Achari Aloo Tikka

We often say that potato is the king of vegetables. Whether you prepare them alone or combine them with another vegetable or meat, they make for a difference in flavor in each dish. However, at times we get bored of them, don’t we?

But here is a new dish called Achari Aloo Tikka, which is delicious and you can have it as an evening snack.

Component:

1. Potatoes 10 to 12 small sized

2. Yogurt

3. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp

4. Chaat masala 1 tablespoon

5. Turmeric tsp

6. Garam Masala 1 tablespoon

7. Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp

8. Dry Fenugreek Powder tsp

9. Mix 2 tbsp of pickle paste

10. Besan flour 2 tbsp

11. Butter 2 Tbsp

12. Mustard oil

13. Salt to taste

Process:

Step 1: Wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly and keep them in the cooker to boil.

Step 2: Place the curd in a mixing bowl and whisk it well.

Step 3: Now add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, gram flour, turmeric, garam masala, dry fenugreek powder, pickle paste and salt as per taste and mix well.

Step 4: Add 2 tbsp mustard oil to it. Mix them well and make a thick paste.

Step 5: Take boiled potatoes and add them to the curd paste and mix well with the mixture.

Step 6: Keep the mixture aside for 20 minutes to marinate.

Step 7: Meanwhile, grease the baking tray with butter and turn on the oven. Start placing the potatoes one by one on the tray.

Step 8: After placing the potatoes, keep them to be baked for 15 minutes. Pour a spoonful of butter over it and then the delicious Achari Aloo Tikka is ready. It can be served with green chutney.

This recipe is delicious and takes only 20 minutes to make.
