“But it is not easy and one can go for big runs if they are partially shut down. This is not a case of Jordan losing the World Cup to England and I hope people don’t understand it that way.
“One has to put one’s hand up and bowl in the toughest of times when the opposition is coming at you. It just didn’t work for them at night,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, New Zealand, entering their maiden T20 World Cup final, continued their consistent performances in ICC events under the leadership of Kane Williamson, who also guides them to the inaugural World Test Championship trophy this year.
New Zealand will face the winner of the semi-finals Pakistan vs Australia in the final to be held in Dubai on November 14.
