In a major setback for England, veteran pacer Stuart Broad has been ruled out of the Test series against India with a calf injury. The 35-year-old tore his right calf during a warm-up session on Tuesday.
“Broad underwent an MRI scan in London at lunch on Wednesday, which revealed a tear,” the ECB said in a statement.
