YouTuber Elvish Yadav, who won Bigg Boss OTT 2, reacted to the recent incident where eggs were thrown at Munawar Faruqui, a stand-up comedian and the winner of Bigg Boss 17. Elvish said it hadn’t happened to him, but it was wrong. He won’t support it or troll it. He just thinks people can feel alone in such situations, no matter what others are doing to them.
On Friday, Elvish during a pap interaction, said, “Yeh incident mere saath nahi hua but yeh bhi galat hai. Main nahi bolunga ki bahut achha kara, main troll nahi karunga. Main bas yahi bolunga ki insaan akele padh jata hai aise situation mein. Itne saare log tumpe jo bhi kar rahe hai (I haven’t experienced such an incident, but it’s definitely wrong. I won’t justify it or engage in trolling. I’ll simply highlight that people can feel isolated in such situations, regardless of what others are doing to them).”
Munawar Faruqui, the winner of Bigg Boss 17, was caught on camera getting angry after an incident where a restaurant owner reportedly threw eggs at him on Mumbai’s Mohammed Ali Road late Tuesday night. The owner of the eatery and five of his staff members have been charged with creating chaos and allegedly pelting Munawar with eggs. Sources say the people involved invited Munawar to their restaurant for Iftaar, but he went to another nearby eatery. So, they threw eggs at him. A video shows Munawar getting angry at the restaurant owner, with his security holding him back.
This comes a few weeks after Munawar Faruqui was detained during a raid at a hookah parlour in Mumbai. However, the stand-up comedian was later released by the Mumbai police. The raid took place in Mumbai’s Bora Bazar.
