The dreaded Maoist Madvi Hidma, who carried out many major Naxal incidents in Bastar, Chhattisgarh, has come under the grip of Corona. He has been suffering in the forests of Bastar for the last several days. Hidma has a reward of Rs 25 lakh. This has been confirmed by Bastar IG Sundarraj P.
He told that information has been received about Hidma being corona infected. Apart from this, many other big cadre Naxalites are also battling Corona. Surrender everyone with him, we will get the treatment done.
Hidma needs medicines
According to sources, Hidma, who is battling Corona, is in dire need of medicines. A few days ago, the Bijapur police arrested two members of the supply team of Naxalites. A huge quantity of medicines, masks, sanitizers were recovered from them by the police. According to the police, these medicines were ordered by Maoist Punem and from there these medicines were to reach Hidma.
Two days ago, Naxalite Haribhushan, a reward of 40 lakh rupees, has also died of the disease.
master mind of big naxal incidents
There have been many such big Naxal incidents in Bastar, which have made the country cry. Of these, 76 jawans were martyred in Tadmetla incident, 55 in Ranibodli, 25 in Burkapal and 22 in Tekalguda. The great thing is that Hidma was the master mind of these incidents.
Police eyes on Hidma Telangana’s Kottagudam SP Sunil Dutt has also confirmed that Hidma is corona infected. Now the police of these two states of Chhattisgarh and Telangana are keeping an eye on it. The police is trying to get Hidma to surrender. If Hidma surrenders, Maoism will go on the back foot to some extent in Bastar and Telangana.
Who is Madvi Hidma
- Madvi Hidma, who lived in the eastern village of Bastar, studied in the primary school of the village itself. Badarna, a Naxalite active in the area at that time, saw Hidma’s activity and recruited her in the Bal Sangham of Naxalites. Hidma’s further education was done in the Naxalite school itself. Later, seeing the agile body of Hidma, the Naxalites included it in their LOS group.
- The Maoists also got many successes in the plans made by Hidma. It was active in Narayanpur, Bijapur, Gadchiroli for many years. The top leaders had made the commander of the Joint Platoon of the Konta Area Committee. From 2007 to 2021, it carried out several major Naxal incidents.
- Presently he is the Commander of Military Battalion No. 1 of Naxalites and also a member of Dandakaranya Special Zonal Committee (DKSZCM).
DVCM member Katti Mohan Rao alias Damu Dada has also died due to illness. A reward of Rs 8 lakh was announced on this.

Apart from Hidma, DKSZCM member Vikas and female Maoist Sujata are also corona infected. Both of them are also Naxalites with a reward of Rs.25 lakh each. Maoist Haribhushan and Rs 8 lakh reward Katti Mohan Rao have also died from Corona. So far 10 Naxalites have died from Corona, so many big leaders are battling this disease.
