NDA’s presidential candidate Draupadi Murmu is likely to start campaigning from July 1 from the tribal-populated state. Sources gave this information on Sunday. Murmu had on Saturday called up JMM supremo and Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren seeking his party’s support for his candidature. Before filing his nomination papers on June 24, Murmu had called up Congress President Sonia Gandhi, NCP supremo Sharad Pawar and the West Bengal Chief Minister.
