A large number of young males harbor a complex of ‘small sized penis’. I have seen men who chose to be single because they thought their penis was small and that they would either not be able to have intercourse or satisfy their partner.

Size is often considered a parameter for one’s manhood and ability to satisfy one’s partner sexually. This is one of the most common myths that haunts a large number of men across the world. ‘How can I increase the size of my penis?’ – The most frequently asked question in all sexology columns and clinics. So let me clarify once and for all – there is no special gels, creams, tablets, injections, diets or techniques to increase the size of your penis.

It is very important to know scientifically that penis size neither determines female partner’s pleasure nor affects male partner’s pleasure.

In women, only the outer 1/3 (about two inches) of the vagina is capable of experiencing sexual stimuli. So, it doesn’t really matter to a woman how deep a man reaches during penetration. Therefore, if an erect penis is even two inches in length, which is usually the case with most men, it is enough to satisfy his woman. It’s not just the size, but what you do with what you have, that really matters.

Conversely, a very large penis can be a problem, as it can hurt the partner.

In men too, only the front part of the penis (the glans-penis) is sensitive to sexual sensations. So, the happiness of the male partner also depends not on the full length of the penis, but on the ‘sensitivity’ of the glans-penis.

Another common misconception is that a flaccid penis increases in size in proportion to its flaccid size when an erection occurs, feeding on the fear. Even though all penises differ in size in their erect state, they become almost identical in size when they are erect.

One finds their penis smaller because it is always viewed from above, unlike others, which are viewed either from the side or from the front. This causes an optical illusion. Different viewing angles also ‘visible’ the penis, larger or smaller, as the case may be.
