In the video clip that has gone viral, the dog is seen suddenly chasing the boy and attacking him, after which he falls down. He was walking alone. The incident, which took place in Amberpet area on Sunday, was captured in a CCTV camera. The boy’s father, who works as a security guard at a car service centre, had taken him and his six-year-old daughter to his workplace in the area. The victim sustained serious injuries in the attack and her father and others rushed her to the hospital, where she was declared brought dead, the official said.
