National Thermal Corporation Limited (NTPC) has invited applications for the various posts of Executive in the field of Combined Cycle Power Plant-O&M and Power Trading. Candidates can apply online through official website of NTPC. The last date for submission of applications is April 8.
Candidates can apply for a total of 55 vacancies. These include 50 posts of Executive – Combined Cycle Power Plant – O&M, 4 posts of Executive – Operations – Power Trading and 1 post of Executive – Business Development – Power Trading. The tenure of these posts is up to 5 years, 3 years and 3 years respectively.
NTPC Application: Eligibility Criteria
Age: To be eligible to apply, candidates must be below 35 years of age for all posts.
Education: Candidates who want to apply for the posts must have Engineering degree in relevant subject with at least 60% marks from a recognized university. In addition, minimum two years post qualification experience in the relevant field is also required for the post of Executive (Combined Cycle Power Plant-O&M). The post qualification required for the post of Executive (Operations-Power Trading) and Executive (BD-Power Trading) is three years in the respective fields.

STEP – 2 Now, look for ‘Recruitment of Executive on Fixed Term Basis’ in the current opening section.
Step – 3 Next, select the button ‘Click here to apply’ and proceed to select the post you wish to apply for.
Step – 4 Fill the application form for that post and enter the required details.
Step-5 Click on the ‘Submit’ button and pay the application fee.
Step – 6 Save the application form for future reference.
NTPC Application: Application Fee
The application fee for General, EWS and OBS category candidates is Rs 300. Female candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWBD and XSM categories are not required to pay the application fee. Candidates should note that on successful selection to any of the posts, candidates can get a salary of Rs 90,000 per month.
