Lilly Singh and the internet were shaken to see Diljit Dosanjh fall at the feet of Lilly Singh’s mother after a concert in Toronto. Canadian comedian and talk show host Lily took to Instagram to share pictures from her mother’s meeting with the Punjabi superstar. In the pictures, Diljit was seen kneeling and taking blessings from Lily’s mother.
Sharing the pictures, Lily wrote, “Anything for my mama ️ Shoutout to homie @diljitdosanjh for hosting my entire aunty squad on her show last night. As soon as Diljit got off the stage and saw my mother and I, he came down to bless and my mother was worth watching.
“It is the moments and memories that make the immense bustle worth it. Believe in yourself!! I went home after the concert to sleep in my childhood bedroom and before going to sleep, I looked at my old vision board and smiled (and cried) at Diljit’s picture,” she said.
