Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the joint conference of Chief Ministers and Chief Justices of all the states today. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Union Law Minister and Chief Justice of all 25 High Courts were also present in this meeting. The program was organized at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. Earlier this event took place in 2016.
