Actress Jacqueline Fernandez was recently questioned by Enforcement Directorate (ed) a. A source close to the investigation told ETimes that Jacqueline Fernandez did not appear at the ED office for questioning on the scheduled date today.

“Jacqueline was supposed to come this afternoon, but she left. Officials are now going to ascertain her location and the reason for not coming,” the source said. The source also revealed that today’s line inquiry was going to take place in connection with an alleged transaction that may have happened between Jacqueline and the main accused in the case. The case is based on an FIR registered by the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police against Sukesh and others for alleged criminal conspiracy, cheating and extortion of around Rs 200 crore. Earlier, ED officials had shared in a statement, “Sukesh Chandrashekhar is the mastermind of this fraud. He has been a part of the crime world since the age of 17. Several FIRs are registered against him and presently he is lodged in Rohini Jail. Reports suggest that Sukesh was in touch with Jacqueline through calls and messages and ED wants to question the actress about the same.

On the professional front, the actress was recently seen in ‘Bhoot Police’ Saif Ali KhanArjun Kapoor and yami gautam. He is ‘all set to be seen in’Bachchan Pandey‘, ‘Kick 2’, ‘Ram Setu’, ‘Circus’ and ‘Attack’.
