In recent times, Rajinikanth has met several notable celebs from the Tamil film industry. His longtime acquaintance and professional contestant Kamal Haasan, as well as Vikram filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj and producer Mahendran met him at his house before the film’s release. Similarly, Sivakarthikeyan, along with director Sibi Chakraborty, met Thalaivar.
Now, a snapshot of Ajith and Rajni at the latter’s mansion has gone viral, and fans of both the superstars celebrated the unusual sight on social media. In the picture that went viral, superstar Rajinikanth can be seen holding Ajith in his lap.

However, Ajith’s manager Suresh Chandra put an end to the rumours, saying that social media users rigged the photos and no such meeting took place.
The picture is actually believed to be a union of two pictures. In one of the two original pictures, Ajith is seen clicking with a fan, while Rajinikanth’s picture is purportedly of him meeting with Kamal Haasan.

Meanwhile, Ajith is currently preparing for the second schedule of his next film AK 61, which is being directed by H. Vinoth and directed by Boney Kapoor. Efforts are being made to take the film to theaters by Diwali 2022.
The credit for the film’s music and background score goes to Anirudh, who has been delivering back-to-back smash hits. After AK61, Ajith will move on to AK62, helmed by Vignesh Shivan and backed by Lyca Productions, in the last quarter of this year.
On the other hand, Rajinikanth’s next film, Thalaivar 169, is expected to go on floors by the end of July or August. Sun Pictures is backing the film, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. According to reports, Nelson is currently working on the pre-production and an official announcement of the commencement of the shooting will be made soon. As per the current release schedule, Thalaivar 169 may hit the theaters in April 2023.
