Vasoya looked for the bag from the window and found some documents including his passport and check book lying on the ground floor of the house. When he reached there, he saw that the packet containing 13 diamonds worth Rs 15 lakh, did not contain laptop and mobile phone.
He realized that some unknown person must have entered his house through the window of his bedroom, which he had kept open, and stole the valuables. Vasoya has lodged a complaint at Amroli police station. The offense of breaking the house (IPC 380) was registered against some unidentified persons.
