Dia Mirza looks gorgeous in a beautiful handmade bandhani knots lehenga

New Delhi: Dia Mirza tied the knot with Vaibhav Rekhi earlier this year in an intimate ceremony. The actress looked like a breath of fresh air in her red bridal sari. Now, Dia Mirza has dropped some more pictures of her ethnic look in a red handmade bandhani knots lehenga designed by Anita Dongre.

Sharing some of her pictures wearing this beautifully designed lehenga, Dia Mirza went on to detail the outfit. Sharing the post on her Instagram, the ‘Thappad’ actress wrote, “Worked in this beautiful @grassrootbyanitadongre @anitadongre A bunch of handcrafted bandhani knots have been released on the set of this red silk lehenga. The pattern is shared by her of gota patti. Highlighted with signature crafts and additionally embellished with sequins, zardozi and lanyard patterns. Pockets are included. A piece of artisans and their elaborately conscious textiles carrying the heritage of the ancient craft.”

Dia Mirza continues to promote the Indian textile and handicraft industry through her outfits. She also shares her pictures wearing handmade outfits. Last month, she shared a few pictures wearing a beautiful white lehenga with golden work on the body. He shared, “Here is the celebration of our rich Indian textiles and handicrafts. This was part of a collection titled ‘Aarambh’ by @leffetbysanjevmarwaaha.” She added, “An ivory modern contemporary lehenga in the brand’s signature zardozi embroidery. Inspired by Mughal floral and architectural motifs. heritage of our culture”.


On the work front, Dia Mirza was last seen in the Telugu film ‘Wild Dog’. She also starred in the Netflix web series ‘Call My Agent Bollywood’.
