Dharmendra expresses excitement for KJo’s new film: ‘You will see me again in a romantic role’
Veteran actor Dharmendra is all set to make a comeback in Bollywood with his new film. The legendary actor shared details about his comeback role on Instagram on Tuesday afternoon Karan JoharIn his new film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, it is said that he will once again be seen in a romantic avatar. “Friends, I am happy to announce my new film which is a love story deeply rooted in family roots, directed by Karan Johar. I am extremely excited for it as you will see me again in a romantic role. ! Can’t wait to see you all at the movies!” Dharmendra wrote in the Instagram caption.

The film will also mark the return of Karan Johar to the director’s chair after 5 years. The filmmaker had promised an announcement to his fans a day back and shared an update about the same this morning. Taking to his verified Instagram account, Karan posted a video, writing, “Thrilled to be behind the lens with my favorite people! Presenting the love story of Rocky and Rani, who is in the limelight by someone else. is. Ranveer singh and Alia Bhatt and written by Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan and Sumit Roy. This unique story is coming to your screens in 2022!”
The film stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi along with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. While Dharmendra and Jaya will be seen as Ranveer’s parents, Shabana will play Alia’s mother. Both the actors shared more details about these characters with a video clip with their voice overs.
