Along with this, the offline window along with the link of the app and website will also be opened for the general public. 200 will have to be paid for online booking.

The entry of common devotees in Bhasmari was banned from 17 March 2020 due to corona infection. The Mahakal Temple Management Committee has taken this decision on Friday in the event of the corona infection being under control for one and a half months. The meeting of the temple management committee was organized at Brihaspati Bhavan on Kothi Road.

Collector Ashish Singh said that Bhasmari will start from September 11. You will be able to register to join Bhasmarti online or on the mobile app by sitting anywhere across the country.

Permission will be given on the first come first serve basis on the Mahakal App or the official website of Mahakal Mandir. 850 devotees will be able to book online, while 150 devotees will be able to book offline. In case of online booking, devotees will have to pay Rs 200. The booking for attending Bhasma Aarti on the online window will be free of cost.

Devotees will also not be allowed to offer Hari Om water in Bhasmari. The entry of devotees in the sanctum sanctorum and Nandi hall will be strictly prohibited during Bhasmarti. Devotees will be allowed to sit only in Kartikeya Mandapam and Ganesh Mandapam. Permission will be given to visit the temple following the Kovid guidelines.

100 rupees fee for protocol darshan will also start from 11
All VIPs coming to the Mahakal temple will now have to pay Rs 100 per person as an offering for seeing the protocol. This arrangement will also be started by the temple committee from September 11. Collector Ashish Singh, Administrator of Mahakal temple Narendra Suryavanshi, Mahant Vineet Giri of Mahanirvani Akhara, Pradeep Guru, Ashish Sharma, Deepak Mittal, Corporation Commissioner Kshitij Singhal, CEO of Development Authority Sujan Singh Rawat etc. were present in the meeting.
