Mango Day at Samavar, The Ashoka
Showcasing the divinity of one of our most favorite summer fruits – Mango, The Ashoka is organizing a two-day Mango Culinary Festival on the occasion of World Mango Day starting Saturday, 22nd July. The Ashok’s coffee shop, The Samavar, will host. The two-day mango festival begins on July 22.
Guests will be treated to a specially curated four-course meal, showcasing an array of delicious mango-inspired dishes. The menu includes exquisite dishes such as Mango Arebola, Raw Mango Biryani with Rogani Gravy, Spaghetti in Mango Saffron Sauce, Grilled Chicken with Mango Avocado Salsa and Ambia Fish Curry with Steamed Rice. With a unique blend of engineering and artistic vision, Ankush reconstructs destroyed structures and mechanisms, giving rise to new forms characterized by balance and rhythm.
