Delhi Weather Updates: Temperature nears 40 degree Celsius, no more rain expected in store this week

After recording the coldest June day in 10 years, the temperature in Delhi is rising once again, and there is no chance of rain. The maximum temperature is close to 40 °C.

The mercury level rose to 37.9 degrees Celsius on June 23, a notch below normal and 0.7 degrees Celsius above Wednesday.

Delhiites were battling dry weather and humidity on Thursday. The Meteorological Department has predicted that the temperature will continue to rise for the next two days. The maximum temperature in Safdarjung is expected to touch 40 degrees by Saturday.

According to the weather forecast, the maximum temperature on Tuesday was 34.5 degrees Celsius and on Monday 32.8 degrees Celsius.
