The NCW said it has received several media reports alleging that an inebriated man urinated on a female co-passenger on an Air India flight in November, but no action was taken.

The commission said the woman had complained to the crew, who allegedly gave her a set of pajamas and slippers and asked her to return to her seat, claiming that no other seat was available.

The commission has sought a detailed action taken report from the Delhi Police within seven days.
