Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Monday extended the judicial custody of former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia till April 3 in the Delhi Excise Policy scam case.

The CBI had sought extension of judicial custody for 14 more days saying that the investigation is still pending.

CBI said, the investigation is at a critical stage.

Court has asked Sisodia to request for appearance through video conferencing, if he wants to appear virtually on April 3.
