“Therefore, in the light of the judgment passed by the apex court, the concerned SHO is directed to register an FIR and conduct a thorough investigation in the present matter,” the judge said, and sought compliance report by May 31.
As per the complaint, the accused changed the constitution of the partnership firm on the basis of forged partnership deed dated 1 October 2014.
It claimed that the complainant came to know about a letter written on October 28, 2015 State Bank Of Bikaner and Jaipur to the partnership firm in respect of change in constitution of the firm on the basis of forged partnership deed.
