Delhi court acquits Kejriwal and 10 others in bureaucrat molestation case

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and nine others were acquitted by the Delhi High Court in 2018 in a case of alleged molestation of a bureaucrat.

Kejriwal and ten other MLAs were accused of misbehaving with the then Chief Secretary of Delhi, Anshu Prakash. However, two others – Amanatullah Khan and Prakash Jarwal – are yet to be released and the court has asked for framing of charges against them.
