NEW DELHI: Two persons were arrested on Sunday, while five minors were detained for allegedly robbing Rs 25,000 cash and jewelery from a Delhi house. Mangolpuri on the day of diwali knife tip, said the police.
According to the police, two knives used in the crime and Rs 4500 in cash have been recovered from both the arrested persons. Both the accused have been identified as rough And Rohan.
According to the complainant Geeta, on November 4, around 10 pm, four men armed with knives entered her house just as her family had completed Diwali puja. The police conducted raids on Sunday and arrested two accused, who confessed to their crime and were arrested.
