A 24-year-old man died when a building collapsed in the Mundka area of ​​the national capital on Friday evening, an official said.

The official said that he received a PCR call at 5.19 pm regarding a fall from a terrace at Phirni Road, Mundka.

When police personnel along with senior officers reached the spot, they noticed that an under construction building of about 300 square yards located at Khasra No. 829, Phirni Road, Mundka had collapsed.

A laborer named Manas was injured in the incident and was immediately rushed to the Sonia Gandhi Hospital in Nangloi, though doctors declared him brought dead.

Apart from the deceased Manas, two more people have also been injured who are currently admitted in the hospital.
