Mumbai: This is the first time Deepika Padukone will be showcasing this level of action on the Indian screen, we saw parts of it in her big Hollywood debut xXx: Return of Xander Cage.
World renowned actress, Deepika is bringing her action avatar to Indian cinema for the first time. Being a former athlete, his body frame is very apt for action so it is definitely going to be interesting to see him in this avatar in Pathan.
She stunned her fans with her powerful entry scene in her Hollywood outing, xXx: Return of Xander Cage. From the entire split to arms games and goons fights, he left fans gasping and now he is all set to bring that look to Indian cinema.
A source close to the actress shared, “Deepika is currently shooting for high octane action sequences for Pathan. She is shooting them in Mumbai itself and Deepika has done intense preparations for it.”
While the superstar returns to the sets of Pathan, he has been busy juggling between two films together since the easing of the lockdown. She earlier completed a schedule of Pathan and also shot for a schedule of Shakun Batra’s next.
With a bag full of films, she has Nag Ashwin’s next with Prabhas, The Intern remake, Mahabharat, ’83 and Fighter, besides Pathan and Shakun Batra’s next.
