New Delhi: Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is not only a prolific artist but also a national level badminton player. Her father Prakash Padukone is also a former badminton player and was awarded the Arjuna Award and Padma Shri by the Government of India.
Deepika Padukone was pursuing a career in badminton but gave up becoming a fashion model. After years of struggle, the actress finally got the lead role in Farah Khan’s ‘Om Shanti Om’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan. He acted in many other films and is now one of the highest paid actors of this generation.

Well, taking time out from her busy schedule, the ‘The Intern’ actress recently posted a selfie of her ‘glow after badminton’ on her Instagram. Padukone can be seen glowing in the picture.

A few days back, the ‘Project K’ actress also shared a glimpse of her husband Ranveer Singh’s ‘morning scene’. She captioned the picture and wrote, “My morning view!”
On a related note, apart from being an actress and a prolific badminton player, Deepika Padukone is also an entrepreneur and a producer. He is also all set to launch a global lifestyle brand rooted in India. The brand is expected to be launched in 2022.
Meanwhile, speaking on the professional front, Deepika Padukone will be next seen in ’83’, ‘Pathan’, ‘The Intern’, Fighter. She will be seen in Nag Ashwin’s next ‘Project K’ alongside Prabhas and in the upcoming untitled project with Shakun Batra.
