The Indian coach was surprised to find that the curator had placed two strips under the cover and said he did not know why.

“I don’t know why two bandages are covered. I never asked him why he covered the other one, but I don’t know what it was. But yeah, I mean, I think we’re playing on it.” So I don’t know what is, I don’t know what is the other one (is covered),” Dravid said.

Dravid said that he has an eye on the pitch that will be used for the Test.

“It looks fine to me. And I mean, I think whatever the wicket is, it doesn’t really matter, to be honest. There’s a lot of talk about pitches all the time. They’re good for both teams. are similar,” said the former India captain.

The coach said that every pitch has some challenges for the players – sometimes for the bowlers and sometimes for the batsmen. But added that players have to learn to play on them.

“Sometimes it becomes more challenging. Sometimes it becomes more challenging for the bowlers, sometimes it becomes more challenging for the batsmen. You know, wickets are like that. Whatever it is. We have to focus on them. We have to learn to play, we have to learn to adjust, and we have played on some challenging wickets overseas as well,” Dravid said.
