CUET PG 2023 will be conducted from June 1 to June 10 for admission to PG courses in central, state, deemed and private universities across India.
National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date of registration for Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2023. The decision to extend the deadline was recently confirmed by University Grants Commission (UGC) chief M Jagadesh Kumar. As per the latest update, the revised deadline to apply for the postgraduate entrance exam is May 5 till 9.50 pm.
CUET PG 2023 will be conducted from June 1 to June 10 for admission to postgraduate courses in central, state, deemed and private universities across India. Candidates can apply for CUET PG 2023 through the official website cuet.nta.nic.in.
“Many new Universities/ Institutes/ Autonomous Colleges/ Organizations have also joined CUET (PG) – 2023. To ensure that more options are available to the applicants to choose courses/programmes from various newly added Universities/Institutes/Autonomous Colleges/Organizations. From all over the country, it has been decided to extend the online application form for CUET (PG) – 2023,” M Jagadesh Kumar said as reported by Indian Express.
The last date for online payment of examination fee is also May 5, but students will have time till 11:50 pm to make the required payment. Once the registration process is closed, the correction window will open on May 6 and end on May 8. Candidates who have already submitted their CUET PG 2023 form can make changes in the subjects chosen earlier.
Additionally, if a candidate wishes to add more subjects from the list, they are permitted to do so after selecting additional examinations, courses, institutes, autonomous colleges, universities or organizations. But on selecting more subjects, candidates have to pay additional fee (if applicable).
CUET PG 2023: How to register
Step 1: Visit the official page of CUET cuet.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Fill personal details to register and log in.
Step 3: Fill the CUET PG 2023 Form on the new window.
Step 4: Upload all the documents like photograph, signature, certificates etc.
Step 5: Then pay the exam fee and submit the form.
Step 6: Save and download the confirmation page.
Step 7: Take a printout of the application form for future use.
Candidates are allowed to fill only one CUET PG application. Those found submitting more than one application will be treated as UFM (Unfair Means) and strict action will be taken against them. In such cases, the fee once paid will not be refunded. The official schedule or date for downloading admit card and declaration of CUET PG results will be released soon on the portal.
