CRPF Recruitment 2021: Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Assistant Commandant (Civil/Engineer). The application process for these posts is going on from June 30, 2021. Candidates should note that the last date to apply for the posts of CRPF Assistant Commandant is 29 July 2021. Eligible candidates will be selected through an open examination and prepared recruitment scheme. by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up 25 vacancies for the post of Assistant Commandant (Civil/Engineer) Recruitment 2021. The recruitment process will consist of multiple stages including Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Test, Documents. Verification followed by a detailed medical examination (DME), and interview.
Phase 1- PST/PET will consist of 100m run, 800m run followed by long jump and shot put. Applicants have to produce caste/category certificate (if applicable), education certificate, age proof and other required documents during PET/PST.
Candidates who qualify the PST/PET exam will be issued admit cards for the written test. The written exam will consist of two papers of total 400 marks. Paper 1 will have objective type questions from General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General English and Engineering Aptitude. The exam will consist of 100 marks and the duration of the exam will be 2 hours. One third of the total marks will be deducted for each wrong attempt.
Paper 2 of CRPF written exam will have subjective questions from Civil Engineering. Candidates securing minimum cut-off marks in CRPF Assistant Commandant Written Exam will further be called for Document Verification, Medical Test and Personal Interview. Final merit list will be prepared by combining the marks of written test and interview.
