Cristiano Ronaldo To Return To Premier League In January?

Former Manchester United player Cristiano Ronaldo can be seen playing in one of the best football leagues in the world again. With premier league club Newcastle United getting a new ownership in the form of  Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), players from the Saudi Pro League can be seen shifting their bases to the English club.

According to reports, Newcastle can buy players on loan from any of the four club owned by the PIF in the ongoing January transfer window. PIF currently owns four Saudi Pro League clubs – Al Nassr, Al Ittihad, Al Hilal and Al Ahli.

With Al Nassr currently housing the Portuguese footballing star Cristiano Ronaldo, Newcastle could get his signatures for at least the remaining Premier League which could see him don the black and white stripes soon.

Cristiano Ronaldo signed for Al Nassr in late 2022 and has been in sublime form for the Saudi club ever since putting on their shirt. He also finished as the top scorer in 2023 with an astonishing 53 goals to his name. Competing with players almost 10-11 years younger than him like Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappe and Harry Kane, Ronaldo is leading his team by example and is a sheer example of dedication and hard work.
