• 2 cups wheat flour

• 2 tsp ajwain / carom seeds

• Salt as per your taste

• To make Ajwain Paratha, first mix some salt and carom seeds according to your taste in wheat flour.

• Then gradually add water and start kneading the dough hard and keep kneading the dough by hand till it gets a uniform texture with enough water.

• After kneading the dough, add some oil or ghee to make the dough smooth, so that it does not stick to your hands while making parathas.

• After this, cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

• After 10 minutes heat the frying pan and grease it with oil or ghee.

• Make small balls of the dough and roll each into triangular, square or round parantha, whichever you like.

• Then put it in a pan and fry it in ghee or oil.

• Cook till it turns light brown from both the sides while turning.
