Due to this, now special teams of police have started questioning. Minister Vijay Singla and nephew Pradeep Kumar have been remanded by the police till May 27.

Minister Vijay Singla has denied the allegations. The minister says that he has been implicated in a conspiracy to defame the party.

Pradeep Kumar does business of ply in the grain market of Bathinda. Apart from this, he also runs ITI. After becoming a minister, Singla had made one son each of his sisters as OSD. Pradeep Kumar’s role was very important. He became active in politics only during the election campaign. For Singla’s victory, Pradeep took over the Bhikhi area of ​​Mansa assembly. When Singla became the minister, Pradeep was shifted to Chandigarh. After which he started looking after the complete work of the minister.

Police is checking the call details of Minister and Pradeep
The police has now started scrutinizing the call details to expose the corruption of the minister and Pradeep Kumar. Call records of both are being extracted. In the last two and a half months, on which number the two talked the most, the police has started investigating.

When the CM monitored the Mohalla Clinic, the layers started opening
The police claimed that the OSD of Minister Vijay Singla was doing corruption. The matter reached CM Bhagwant Mann about this. He also explained to Singla that his nephew is doing a ‘deal’. However, Singla did not agree to this. After this, when CM Mann started monitoring the ambitious Mohalla Clinic Project of Aam Aadmi Party, the layers of corruption started opening. Mann was directly monitoring the 75 Mohalla Clinics being started from August 15. Only after that the officers came directly in touch with CM Mann. After which all this got exposed.

Honest officers sidelined
As soon as Singla became a minister, his close friends became active in the health department. Honest officers in the department were sidelined. Instead, the minister started instigating corrupt officials. The situation became such that in the health department, 2 IAS officers and the minister’s close came face to face.

Another relative also took advantage
The investigation also revealed that another close relative of the minister runs a de-addiction centre. In this, the ministers can also get involved in controversies regarding the package of the center of about 198 crores. In this matter too, instead of taking action, the minister had procrastinated.
