‘corpse’ was floating in the river for two days

A man trapped in the mud for two days was rescued by the locals. This incident caused a stir in Ghoshpara village of Gurli of Daspur in West Midnapore on Thursday morning. The initial presumption is that the person is a resident of a foreign country and is mentally unbalanced. Later the police made arrangements for his treatment.

According to locals, a man was seen swimming in the Kansai river in Gurli village on the Ghatal-Daspur border since Wednesday. The man was drowning till his throat in some secluded place. When the locals saw him there on Monday morning, they thought he was dead. Go see him by boat. Go and see that person alive. After this the police was informed.




The local people saved the youth before the police arrived. arranged for him to eat. After this the policemen arrived and took him away. Arrangements have been made for his treatment.

Initially it is assumed that the person is a resident of a foreign country. He did not answer any questions from the local people. How did he get there? Police are trying to find out if anyone left him there.

The incident created a stir in Gurli village since morning. Locals come to the banks of the Kansai River to see the bearded man. They claimed that the man was probably trapped in the mud of the river.
