Corona vaccination is going on in the hilly areas of Jammu and Kashmir. The army provides security to the health workers going here.
After increasing the cases of corona in the country two days ago, now it is seeing a decline again. In the last 24 hours, 38,109 new infected have been found. 43,869 patients were cured and 560 died. This was the ninth consecutive day when less than 45 thousand cases have come. Earlier on July 7, there were 45,701 cases.
On Friday, the number of active cases i.e. patients undergoing treatment decreased by 6,329. Now 4.18 lakh patients are being treated in the country. Kerala has the highest number of 1.21 lakh active cases. Maharashtra is at number two with 1.01 active cases.

Restrictions like lockdown in 8 states
There are restrictions like complete lockdown in 8 states of the country. These include West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Mizoram, Goa and Puducherry. Like the previous lockdown, strict restrictions have been imposed here too.
Partial lockdown in 23 states/UTs
There is a partial lockdown in 23 states and union territories of the country. There are exemptions along with restrictions here. These include Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Bihar, Delhi, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Andhra Huh. This includes the state and Gujarat.

- The famous Sabarimala temple of Lord Ayyappa in Kerala is being opened for devotees from today (July 17). The Travancore Desam Board said that the doors of the temple will be opened for 5 days from 17 to 21 July. According to the rules, a person wishing to have darshan will have to show the RT-PCR report issued 48 hours ago.
- Due to Corona epidemic, Mudiya Mela will not be held in Muthra, UP this year. Mathura SSP Gaurav Grover said that the state border has been sealed. Devotees from all over the world come here for the Giriraj Parikrama. My appeal is that people should not come to the district.
- In Maharashtra, Pune District Magistrate Rajesh Deshmukh took an important decision on Friday in the direction of stopping Corona. He issued an order to implement Section 144 of IPC at tourist places in seven taluks of the district.

1. Kerala
On Friday, 13,750 people were found infected here. 10,697 people were cured and 130 people died. So far 31.30 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 29.93 lakh people have been cured, while 15,155 people have died. Presently 1.21 lakh patients are undergoing treatment.
2. Maharashtra
On Friday, 7,761 people were found infected here. 13,452 people were cured and 167 people died. So far 61.97 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 59.65 lakh people have been cured, while 1.26 lakh people have died. Presently 1.01 lakh patients are undergoing treatment.
3. Chhattisgarh
On Friday, 312 people were found corona positive in the state. 358 people were cured and 3 died. So far 9.99 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 9.82 lakh people have been cured, while 13,492 people have died. There are 3,967 patients who are undergoing treatment.
4. Uttar Pradesh
86 people were found infected here on Friday. 140 people were cured. So far more than 17.07 lakh people have been infected in the state. Of these, 16.83 lakh have been cured, while 22,711 patients have died. 1,339 patients are being treated here.
5. Delhi
On Friday, 66 people were found corona positive in Delhi. 79 people were cured and 1 died. So far 14.35 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Out of these, more than 14.09 lakh people have been cured, while 25,023 patients have died. 657 patients are being treated here.
6. Rajasthan
Here on Friday, 35 people were found corona infected and 54 people were cured. So far 9.53 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 9.43 lakh people have been cured, while 8,947 patients have died. Presently 503 patients are undergoing treatment.
7. Gujarat
On Friday, 39 people were found corona positive in the state. During this 70 people also got cured. So far, about 8.24 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 8.13 lakh people have been cured, while 10,074 patients have died. Treatment of 606 infected is going on here.
8. Madhya Pradesh
On Friday, 15 new cases were reported here and 33 were cured. So far 7.91 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 7.80 lakh people have been cured, while 10,510 people have died. Presently 235 patients are undergoing treatment.
