Amidst the fear of a third wave of corona in the country, relief news has come to the fore. According to the Ministry of Health, the corona report of 29,689 people came positive in the country on Monday. During this, 42,363 people were cured and 415 patients also died. Talking about the new infected, this figure is the lowest in the last 132 days. Earlier on March 16, corona was confirmed in 28,869 people.
However, according to covid19india.org, 30,811 infected were found in the country on the previous day. During this 42,497 infected were cured and 418 died. In this way, the number of active cases i.e. recovering patients decreased by 12,115. After 3 days, more people have been cured than new cases in the country. Earlier, on 23, 24 and 25 July, there were more new cases than those who were cured.

Restrictions like lockdown in 8 states
There are restrictions like complete lockdown in 8 states of the country. These include West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Mizoram, Goa and Puducherry. Strict restrictions have been imposed here as in the previous lockdown.
Partial lockdown in 23 states/UTs
There is a partial lockdown in 23 states and union territories of the country. There are exemptions along with restrictions here. These include Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Bihar, Delhi, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat is included.

- The family of a corona patient assaulted the doctor at the Chest Hospital in Hyderabad. The doctors demonstrated against this. - A study by Delhi’s Indraprastha Apollo Hospital has revealed that the rate of prevention of infection among healthcare workers after getting the corona vaccine has been found to be 97.4%.
- Corona patients are being shifted to safer places amid the flood situation in Maharashtra. NDRF Assistant Commandant Vikram said that on Monday one such patient was evacuated from the flood-hit Shiroli area of Kolhapur and admitted to the hospital. The patient’s oxygen level had reached 60.

1. Kerala
On Monday, 11,586 people were found infected here. 14,912 people were cured and 135 people died. So far 32.83 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 31.29 lakh people have been cured, while 16,171 people have died. Presently 1.36 lakh patients are being treated.
2. Maharashtra
On Monday, 4,877 people were found infected here. 11,077 people were cured and 53 people died. So far 62.69 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 60.46 lakh people have been cured, while 1.31 lakh people have died. Presently 88,729 patients are undergoing treatment.
3. Uttar Pradesh
On Monday, 50 people were found infected here and 64 people were also cured. So far, more than 17.08 lakh people have been infected in the state. Of these, 16.84 lakh have been cured, while 22,750 patients have died. 857 patients are being treated here.
4. Delhi
On Monday, 39 people were found corona positive in Delhi. During this, 80 people also recovered and one patient died. So far 14.35 lakh people have come under the grip of infection here. Of these, 14.10 lakh people have been cured, while 25,044 patients have died. 537 patients are being treated here.
5. Gujarat
On Monday, 31 people were found corona positive in the state. During this 49 people also got cured. So far, about 8.24 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 8.14 lakh people have been cured, while 10,076 patients have died. Treatment of 312 infected is going on here.
6. Rajasthan
On Monday, 18 people were found corona infected here. During this, 33 people also got cured. So far 9.53 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 9.44 lakh people have been cured, while 8,952 patients have died. Presently 298 patients are undergoing treatment.
7. Madhya Pradesh
On Monday, 6 new cases were reported here and 14 people were also cured. So far 7.91 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 7.81 lakh people have been cured, while 10,512 people died. 140 patients are currently undergoing treatment.
