There has been a dispute in the Jharkhand Assembly over the allocation of rooms to the MLAs to offer Namaz. The chief whip of the main opposition BJP, Viranchi Narayan, has also demanded a place for the Hanuman temple. Viranchi told Bhaskar that if the assembly was divided on the basis of religion in this way, Jharkhand would start burning. The Speaker will be responsible for this. The Speaker of the Assembly should immediately withdraw this decision.

Viranchi said that if a separate room can be allotted for only 3 MLAs, then at least 15 rooms should be allotted for 65 MLAs. Otherwise find a big hall where this Hanuman Chalisa or Satyanarayan can be recited.

The BJP MLA said that the Hemant Soren government has been doing the politics of appeasement, but now appeasement has started from the side of the assembly as well.

Now former speaker and BJP MLA from Ranchi CP Singh has said that Hindus should also be allowed to build Hanuman temple in the assembly premises. We have no problem with Namaz, but we should also give space for Hanuman temple in the assembly premises. If the speaker allows it and allot the space, we will build the temple with our own money.
